Joe conducted a follow-up inspection and found that the violation still exists. Joe spoke with the realtor who placed the “For Sale” sign on the property again. The realtor understood the situation and agreed to inform the property owner to remove the yard waste.

COMPLAINS

MISSED CART
The customer reported that their recycling cart was missed on Saturday, 04/05/2023. Joe called the customer to verify if the cart is still at the curbside. He then sent an email to WM/WP, requesting them to return and collect the missed cart.

02/20/24 at 11:13 am Joe called the customer who advised that when WM is picking up the trash cart they leave of in the middle of his drive way. It seems to happen a lot and wants to know if something has been done. Joe stated he would notify WM.
