A history check showed no previous educational notices. Joe spoke directly with the customer and explained the correct preparation of yard waste using an educational flyer. John knocked at the customer’s door and the customer came out and  the process of how to dispose of hazardous waste was explained to the customer. Left an educational flyer highlighting the location to dispose the hazardous waste.
